- Install the NEW overdrive clutch fluid passage sleeve (39) into the case.
- Install the NEW center support fluid passage sleeve (38) into the case.
- Install the control valve body accumulator assembly (47) onto the case.
- Install the detent lever spring (52) onto the case.
- Install the control valve body bolts (53) into the case and hand tighten.
- Install the control valve body accumulator assembly bolts (49, 51) into the case (24) and hand tighten.
- Tighten the control valve body accumulator bolts in sequence.
- Install a 0.8 mm spacer (1) between the manual shaft detent lever (600) and the manual shaft detent assembly (52).
- Tighten the detent assembly bolts.
- Remove the spacer (1).
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

Tighten the control valve body accumulator bolts to 11 N·m (8 lb ft).
