Bucket Seat Replacement All Except Luxury

Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the seat adjuster, if equipped.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the seat belt buckle.

  3. Object Number: 333620  Size: SH
  4. Remove the nuts (3) that retain the seat assembly to the vehicle.
  5. Remove the front seat assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 333620  Size: SH
  1. Install the front seat assembly to the vehicle.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the nuts (3) in order to retain the seat assembly to the vehicle.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 60 N·m (44 lb ft).

  5. Connect the electrical connector to the seat adjuster, if equipped.
  6. Connect the electrical connector to the seat belt buckle.

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 300093  Size: SH
  1. Remove the nuts that retain the seat riser to the floor.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Remove the seat and the riser from the vehicle.

  4. Object Number: 300065  Size: SH
  5. Remove the front lower speaker from the passenger seat, if needed. Refer to Amplifier and/or Speaker Replacement - Front Seat in Entertainment.
  6. Remove the bolts that retain the seat to the riser.
  7. Remove the power seat from the seat risers if equipped. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Replacement .

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the power seat to the seat risers if equipped. Refer to Front Seat Adjuster Replacement .
  2. Install the seat belt guide to the seat riser.
  3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  4. Install the nuts that retain the seat to the risers.
  5. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts that retain the seat to the riser to 43 N·m (32 lb ft).

  6. Install the front lower speaker to the passenger seat, if needed. Refer to Amplifier and/or Speaker Replacement - Front Seat in Entertainment.
  7. Install the seat and the seat riser to the vehicle.
  8. Connect the electrical connector.

  10. Install the nuts that retain the seat riser to the floor.
  11. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts that retain the seat riser to the floor to 43 N·m (32 lb ft).
