    Object Number: 1848528 Size: SH
  1. Install a NEW gasket onto the thermostat housing.

    2. Object Number: 1848527 Size: SH
  2. Install the thermostat housing.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1848546 Size: SH
  3. Install the thermostat housing bolts. Ensure to install the short bolts (1) and the long bolt (2) in the proper position.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the thermostat housing bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
