Removal Procedure
  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling.
  2. Place the steering column in the lowest position.
  3. Remove the I/P cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 891893 Size: SH
  4. Remove the fasteners from the upper and the lower cluster. Pull rearward to remove the I/P cluster.
  5. Disconnect the I/P cluster harness.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 891893 Size: SH
  1. Connect the I/P cluster harness.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the I/P cluster in the I/P housing. Install and tighten the fasteners.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the I/P cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement.
  4. Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling.
  5. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
