Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the inner rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1378583 Size: SH
  2. Remove the inner belt seal. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  4. Remove the door frame appliques. Refer to Front Door Frame Applique Replacement .

    5. Object Number: 1378593 Size: SH
  5. Lower window to access the window release tab.

    6. Object Number: 1378603 Size: SH
  6. Remove the window run channel bolts and loosen the window run channel.
  7. Depress the window release tab with a flat-bladed tool.
  8. Pull the window out of the window regulator guide plate.
  9. Slide the window down and out of the primary window run channels.
  10. Remove the window through the door belt opening.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1378593 Size: SH
  1. Install the window by sliding the window into the door through the outside door belt opening.
  2. Install the window into the primary window run channels and position into the regulator guide plate.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1378603 Size: SH
  3. Install the window run channel bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  4. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .

    5. Object Number: 1378583 Size: SH
  5. Install the inner belt seal. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  6. Install the rear inner door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  7. Install the door frame appliques. Refer to Front Door Frame Applique Replacement .
  8. Operate the window to inspect the operation.
