Removal Procedure
- Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
- Disconnect the negative battery cable.
- Disconnect the diesel particulate filter (DPF) pressure hoses.
- Disconnect the DPF pressure sensor connector.
- Remove the DPF pressure sensor bracket bolt.
Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.
Installation Procedure
- Install the DPF pressure sensor bracket bolt and tighten to 10 N·m (88.5 lb in).
- Connect the DPF pressure sensor connector.
- Connect the DPF pressure hoses.
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
