Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1256631 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the plastic caps and the bolts securing the rear portion of the front seat to the floor.

    3. Object Number: 1256642 Size: SH
  3. Remove the plastic caps and the bolts securing the front portion of the front seat to the floor.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  5. Remove the seat.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1256642 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat.
  2. Connect the electrical connectors.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the bolts into the front portion of the front seat.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the front seat-to-floor bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the plastic caps.

    5. Object Number: 1256631 Size: SH
  5. Install the bolts into the rear potion of the front seat.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the front seat-to-floor bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  6. Install the plastic caps.
  7. Connect the negative battery cable.
