Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1255883 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. The relay is located in front of the blower motor.
  3. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) storage compartment lower panel cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  4. Separate the relay from the connector.
  5. Remove the screws with the high-blower relay.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1263668 Size: SH
  1. Install the screws with the high-blower relay.
  2. Connect the electrical connector.
  3. Install the I/P storage compartment lower panel cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
