DT 46484 (DW260-160) Brake C/D Snap Ring Remover/Installer

Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.

1. Install the disc set D.



2. Using the DT 46484  (1), press down on the cup spring. Install the snap ring.




Important: The transaxle has 2 lined clutch discs and 1 steel clutch disc. Install the lined discs in such a way that the lining faces the steel disc.

3. Rotate the disc carrier C/D one-half turn.

Important: Insert the fitting keys into the appropriate grooves.

4. Install the disc set C.



5. Install the snap ring to brake C.



6. Install piston C to cylinder C.



7. Install the cylinder with piston C.



8. Install disc carrier C/D and the spring disc into the transaxle housing.



9. Install the cylinder with piston C



10. Install the snap ring to the transaxle housing.
