Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Colorado Pickup - 2WD 🢒 HVAC 🢒 Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning 🢒 Recirculation Door Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 888407 Size: SH
  2. Remove all retaining screws from the HVAC module case halves (1, 4).
  3. Separate the HVAC module case.

    4. Object Number: 888409 Size: SH
  4. Remove the screws retaining the recirculation actuator (2) from the HVAC module assembly.
  5. Remove the electrical connector (3) from the recirculation actuator (2).
  6. Remove recirculation actuator.

    7. Object Number: 888412 Size: SH
  7. Remove the recirculation door (2) from the recirculation assembly (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 888412 Size: SH
  1. Install the recirculation door (2) to the recirculation assembly (1).

    2. Object Number: 888409 Size: SH
  2. Install the recirculation actuator (2) to the case (1).

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the screws to the recirculation actuator.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.9 N·m (18 lb in).

  4. Connect the electrical connector (3).

    5. Object Number: 888407 Size: SH
  5. Assemble the HVAC module case halves (1, 4).
  6. Install the screws to assemble the HVAC module case halves.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.9 N·m (18 lb in).

  7. Install the HVAC module assembly. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement .
