Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Colorado Pickup - 2WD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 2.8L (LK5) 🢒 Engine Oil Pressure Sensor and/or Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.

    2. Object Number: 1350709 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) from the oil pressure switch (1).

    3. Object Number: 954098 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine oil pressure switch.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 954098 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine oil pressure switch.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the oil pressure switch to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  2. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the oil pressure switch (1).
  3. Lower the vehicle.
