Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 1552388 Size: SH
  2. Remove the HVAC control module assembly screws.
  3. Remove the HVAC control module assembly.

    4. Important: The HVAC control connector-1 and the radio connector-2 can be interchanged. Mark or place tape on the connector to avoid accidental interchange.

  4. Disconnect the HVAC control module assembly electrical connectors.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1552388 Size: SH
  1. Connect the HVAC control module assembly electrical connectors.
  2. Install the HVAC control module assembly.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the HVAC control module screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2.2 N·m (19 lb in).

  4. Install the I/P center trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .
