    Object Number: 1381505 Size: SH
  1. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield.

    2. Object Number: 1381506 Size: SH
  2. Remove the oxygen sensor.

    3. Object Number: 1398727 Size: SH
  3. Remove and discard the exhaust manifold to cylinder head retaining nuts.
  4. Remove the exhaust manifold.
  5. Clean all of the sealing surfaces.
  6. If the exhaust manifold is being replaced, transfer the following parts:
    7. • The exhaust manifold heat shield
    • The oxygen sensor
