Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Cobalt 🢒 Body 🢒 Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console 🢒 Engine Oil Pressure Sensor and/or Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Disconnect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector.

    3. Object Number: 630350 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine oil pressure sensor from the engine oil cooler assembly.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 630350 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine oil pressure sensor to the engine oil cooler assembly.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the oil pressure sensor to 22 N·m (16 lb ft).

  2. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor electrical connector.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
