Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 7814 Size: SH
  1. Remove the pump slide inner and outer springs.
  2. Place a rag over the springs while removing them to prevent the springs from flying out.

    3. Object Number: 7800 Size: SH
  3. Remove the oil pump rotor and pump vane rings.
  4. Remove the pump vanes.
  5. Remove the rotor guide.

    6. Object Number: 7801 Size: SH
  6. Remove the pump slide, pump slide support seal and the pump slide seal.
  7. Remove the o-ring slide seal back-up seal and the oil seal (slide to wear plate) ring.
  8. Remove the pivot slide pin and the pivot pin spring.
