Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the headlamps. Refer to Headlamp Replacement.
2. Remove the grille support. Refer to Radiator Grille Reinforcement Support Replacement.
3. Disconnect the hood latch cable. Refer to Hood Primary Latch Release Cable Replacement.

Hood Latch Screw (Qty: 4)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)
