NEUTRAL GEAR RATTLE DIESEL CLUTCH REPAIR

A CONDITION OF GEAR RATTLE, WHILE THE 6.2L DIESEL ENGINE IS IDLING IN NEUTRAL WITH THE CLUTCH ENGAGED, CAN BE CORRECTED BY INSTALLING A NEW SERVICE CLUTCH DISC, P/N 14032391. WHEN INSTALLING THE NEW DISC, IT IS IMPORTANT TO COAT THE DISC AND TRANSMISSION CLUTCH GEAR SPLINES WITH A LIGHT FILM OF GREASE USING P/N 1052497 ONLY. THIS GREASE HAS SPECIAL HIGH TEMPERATURE PROPERTIES.
