Throttle Position Sensor Replacement MFI

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 223192 Size: SH
  1. Remove the Air Cleaner Assembly and related hoses.
  2. Remove the TP sensor electrical connector (5).
  3. Remove the TP sensor mounting screws (3).
  4. Remove the TP sensor (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 223192 Size: SH
  1. Align the TP sensor to the injection pump (1) and install the mounting screws (3).
  2. Install the TP sensor electrical connector (5).
  3. Adjust the TP sensor. Refer to Throttle Position Sensor Adjustment .
  4. Install the Air Cleaner Assembly and related hoses.
