Coverage Codes Policies
Coverage codes are noted under the applicable labor operations for the appropriate year, make and model labor time guide that is being reviewed. Each alpha/numeric combination indicates a coverage that applies to that labor operation. Below is a listing of the explanation of each Coverage Code used in this publication.
Sublet:
S1: Sublet Administrative Allowance 0.2 of an hour applies to this labor operation (Sublet Administrative allowance can only be submitted in conjunction with a sublet repair receipt).S2: Sublet Administrative Allowance applies and an additional 0.1-0.3 of an hour can be claimed only if the vehicle is delivered to and from the repair location by the dealer. (Sublet Administrative allowance can only be submitted in conjunction with a sublet repair receipt).
