Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2006 🢒 Chevy C Silverado - 2WD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 6.6L 🢒 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve and Cooler Installation

    Object Number: 1335575 Size: SH
  1. Install the intake manifold tube.

    2. Object Number: 1650666 Size: SH
  2. Install the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler bracket.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the EGR cooler bracket bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the EGR cooler bracket bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the EGR and cooler.

    5. Object Number: 1335571 Size: SH
  5. Install the EGR mount bolt.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the EGR mount bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1650663 Size: SH
  6. Install the top EGR cooler bolts.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the top EGR cooler bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  7. Install the air inlet tube.
  8. Install the air inlet tube nuts.

    9. Tighten
    Tighten the air inlet tube nuts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  9. Install the air inlet tube to intake manifold tube bolt and nut.

    10. Tighten
    Tighten the air inlet tube to intake manifold tube bolt and nut to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
