Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .
  2. Remove the window glass weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 277781 Size: MH
  3. Remove the top bolt from the front window run channel.
  4. Remove the front window run channel from the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 277781 Size: MH
  1. Install the front window run channel from the door.

    2. Important: Do not tighten the bolt.

  2. Install the top bolt to the front window run channel, and finger-tighten the bolt.
  3. Install the window glass weatherstrip. Refer to Front Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  4. Install the window. Refer to Front Side Door Window Replacement .

    5. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Tighten the top bolt to the front window run channel.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the top bolt to the front window run channel to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
