Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

    2. Object Number: 1608498 Size: SH
  2. Disconnect the engine oil pressure sensor/switch electrical connector (1).

    3. Object Number: 1609660 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine oil pressure sensor/switch.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1609660 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine oil pressure sensor/switch.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the sensor to 16 N·m (12 lb ft).

  2. Connect the engine oil pressure sensor/switch electrical connector (1).
