Ignition Lock Cylinder Bulb Replacement RHD

1. Remove the upper and lower steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement.



2. Remove the theft deterrent module (1) from the steering column. Refer to Theft Deterrent Module Replacement.
3. Turn the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket (2) counter clockwise and remove from the socket from the theft deterrent module (1).
4. Pull and remove the bulb from the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket.

1. Install a new bulb to the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket (2).
2. Install the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket (2) to the theft deterrent module (1) and turn clockwise to secure.
3. Install the theft deterrent module to the steering column. Refer to Theft Deterrent Module Replacement.
4. Check the operation of the ignition lock cylinder light.
5. Install the upper and lower steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement.

Ignition Lock Cylinder Bulb Replacement LHD

1. Remove the upper and lower steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement.



2. Remove the theft deterrent module (1) from the steering column. Refer to Theft Deterrent Module Replacement.
3. Turn the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket (2) counter clockwise and remove from the socket from the theft deterrent module (1).
4. Pull and remove the bulb from the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket.

1. Install a new bulb to the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket (2).
2. Install the ignition lock cylinder lamp socket (2) to the theft deterrent module (1) and turn clockwise to secure.
3. Install the theft deterrent module to the steering column. Refer to Theft Deterrent Module Replacement.
4. Check the operation of the ignition lock cylinder light.
5. Install the upper and lower steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement.
