Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Caprice WM 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 3.6L 🢒 Intake Manifold Installation

    Object Number: 1958112 Size: SH
  1. Install the NEW intake manifold gasket.

    2. Object Number: 1957978 Size: SH
  2. Install the intake manifold (2) and the throttle body (3) as an assembly as an assembly.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

    Important: Tighten the intake manifold bolts (1) in a circular pattern starting at the center (long bolts) and moving outward.

  3. Install the intake manifold bolts (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the intake manifold bolts to 23 N·m (17 lb ft).

  4. Install the fuel injector harness electrical connector/EVAP valve mounting bracket (1).
  5. Install the fuel injector harness electrical connector/EVAP valve mounting bracket to intake manifold retaining bolt (2).

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  6. Attach the fuel injector harness electrical connector (3) to the fuel injector harness electrical connector/EVAP valve mounting bracket (1).

    7. Object Number: 1957973 Size: SH
  7. Connect the EVAP hose (1) to the upper intake manifold (2).
  8. Install the PCV tube and PCV fresh air tubes. Refer to Positive Crankcase Ventilation Hose/Pipe/Tube Replacement .
