Power Steering Fluid Leaking from Return Side Hose Clamp Connections (Export Only)

A repeat repair for power steering fluid leaking from the return side of the power steering system, at the hose clamp connections, may be due to the incorrect hose clamp being used when the vehicle was originally repaired. This hose clamp was incorrectly specified for some connections in Partfinder.

A revised hose clamp was released for the power steering cooler hose connections and installed to vehicles from:

The Partfinder parts catalog will be updated with the correct part numbers for all return side hose clamp connections.

For vehicles in service, verify that the condition described above exists and ensure that the latest release hose clamp is used for all return side hose clamp leaks.
