Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 554751 Size: SH
  1. Remove the oil level indicator from the indicator tube.
  2. Remove the oil level indicator tube nut.
  3. Remove the oil level indicator tube from the engine block.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 554751 Size: SH
  1. Replace the O-ring seal if necessary.
  2. Install the oil level indicator tube to the engine block.
  3. Install the oil level indicator tube nut.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the oil level indicator tube nut to 19 N·m (14 lb ft).

  4. Install the oil level indicator to the indicator tube.
