THIS INCLUDES 1985-88 B AND G CARS, 1985-87 F CARS WITH 4.3L, 5.0L AND 5.7L ENGINES WITH C60 IN THE AFFECTED APPLICATIONS.

SOME 1985-88 B/G AND 1985-87 F CARS EQUIPPED WITH V-8 (VIN F, G, H, OR 6) OR V-6 (VIN Z) ENGINES (WITHOUT SERPENTINE ACCESSORY DRIVE) MAY EXHIBIT A MOAN OR ENGINE VIBRATION WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR IS ENGAGED. THIS CONDITION MAY BE CORRECTED BY THE INSTALLATION OF A SUPPORT BRACE TO THE A/C COMPRESSOR MOUNTING BRACKET. REFER TO THE ILLUSTRATION FOR INSTALLATION PROCEDURE.
