Was the IPC Diagnostic System Check performed?

  1. Connect a DVOM between CKT 39 (PNK) IPC connector terminal A7 and ground.
  2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position. Do not start the engine.
  3. Compare the DC voltage reading on the DVOM to the voltmeter display in the IPC.

Do the IPC and the DVOM display approximately the same values (within 2.5 volts)?

12-14 VDC

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster

Go to Step 3

Replace the IPC. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .
