Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1248448 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the instrument panel center upper cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  3. Remove the screws and the air deflectors.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1248448 Size: SH
  1. Install the air deflectors with the screws.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the air deflector screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  2. Install the instrument panel center upper cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
