DTC Descriptor
DTC P15F0: Engine Torque Delivered CircuitCircuit/System Description
This diagnostic applies to internal microprocessor integrity conditions within the hybrid powertrain control module (HPCM). The HPCM monitors its ability to read and write to the memory. The HPCM processor monitors the data to verify that the indicated engine torque delivered calculation is correct.
Conditions for Running the DTC
| • | The control module runs the program to detect an internal fault when the key is ON for 5 seconds. |
| • | Ignition voltage is 8-18 volts. |
Conditions for Setting the DTC
The control module has detected an internal malfunction.
Action Taken When the DTC Sets
| • | DTC P15F0 is a Type A DTC. |
| • | The HPCM commands the battery energy control module (BECM) to open the high voltage contactor relays. |
Conditions for Clearing the DTC
DTC P15F0 is a Type A DTC.

Circuit/System Verification
- Clear the DTC information.
- Turn the ignition OFF for 1 minute.
- Turn the ignition ON.
- Retest for DTCs P15F0.
Circuit/System Testing
Program the PIM with the latest software version and recheck for DTCs.
