Did you perform the Instrument Cluster Diagnostic System Check?

Go to Step 2

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Instrument Cluster

1. Install a scan tool.
2. Turn ON the ignition, with the engine OFF.
3. Compare the scan tool Ignition 1 Signal parameter in the PCM Engine Data 1 data list to the volt gage display.

Does the Ignition 1 Signal parameter approximately match the volt gage display?

Go to Diagnostic System Check - Engine Electrical in Engine Electrical

Go to Step 3

Replace the IPC. Refer to Instrument Cluster Replacement .

Did you complete the replacement?

Go to Step 4

Operate the system in order to verify the repair.

Did you correct the condition?

System OK

Go to Step 2
