The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

Some owners may complain that the headliner is sagging or does not stay tight to the roof. During a visual inspection it may be noticed the velcro patch that is adhered to the roof has become loose.

Recommendation/Instructions:

Do not replace the headliner for this concern. Reattach the velcro, using Hardman Double Bubble Epoxy or equivalent. This is a two component epoxy and can be ordered from Royal Adhesives (1-973-751-3000 prompt 2 for customer service) under part number 04001.

Note:: On 2006 Silverado and Sierra Crew Cab Models bulletin 06-08-110-006 may apply.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
