Purpose / Overview
After careful consideration of the feedback received from the Dealer Fixed Operations Advisory Board (DFOAB), the GM Service Technical College (STC) has slightly adjusted the amount of service technicians required to meet the 2007 Service Training Standard
(STS) requirements in two categories: Automatic Transmission and Mechanical / Electrical Body Repair.
