Some customers may comment on poor engine cooling and/or that the Air Conditioning (A/C) system blows warm air when the vehicle is idling for an extended period of time or moving at low speeds.

Service Procedures to Perform

Technicians should attempt to resolve the condition by following all normal diagnostic procedures for poor engine cooling and poor A/C system performance.

If you have a vehicle with this condition that has had all normal diagnostic procedures performed and the customer concern is still not resolved, then you are to contact the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for further information.
