Running Board Cover is Loose (Install Screws/Clips)

Condition
Some customers may comment that the running board cover is loose.
Cause
The retaining clips may have come loose.
Correction
Important: The retaining clips only grab the plastic cover in certain locations. Take notice where you removed the clips or where the clips were installed.
Install eight new retaining clips to the running board and cover. Install two screws toward the edge of the plastic running board cover. Refer to the arrows in the illustration above.
