Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Astro - 2WD 🢒 Transmission/Transaxle 🢒 Automatic Transaxle - 4T40-E/4T45-E 🢒 Automatic Transmission Fluid Filter, Seal, and Level Control Valve Removal

  1. Remove the transmission filter assembly (85).
  2. Remove the oil level control valve (86).

    3. Notice: Do not damage the case sealing surface when removing the filter seal assembly.

  3. Using a chisel, indent top of seal to relax press fit of seal.
  4. Using a small screwdriver remove the filter neck seal (84) from the transmission case. The filter neck seal (84) is not reusable and should be discarded.
