Removal Procedure
- Remove all of the interior trim in order to access the weatherstrip.
- Pull the weatherstrip from the body flange. Start at the upper right corner.
Installation Procedure
- Install the weatherstrip at the top right corner. Seat the weatherstrip onto the body flange.
- Drape and install the weatherstrip by hand.
- Using a rubber mallet during the final installation may be required in the thick flange areas and in each corner.
Important: The weatherstrip attaches to the body flange in 6 areas. The weatherstrip length distributes equally around the door opening.
