Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2008 🢒 XLR 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.6L (LH2) 🢒 Electronic Suspension Front Position Sensor Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Turn OFF the ignition switch.
  2. Raise the vehicle on a suitable safety stand. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  3. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .

    4. Object Number: 925350 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the electronic suspension control (ESC) position sensor harness connector.

    5. Object Number: 925355 Size: SH
  5. Remove the position sensor link from the control arm link stud.
  6. Remove the position sensor mounting bolts.
  7. Remove the position sensor from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 925355 Size: SH
  1. Install the position sensor in the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the position sensor mounting bolts.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 3 N·m (26 lb in).

  3. Install the position sensor link to the control arm link stud .

    4. Object Number: 925350 Size: SH
  4. Connect the ESC position sensor harness connector.
  5. Install the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  6. Lower the vehicle.
