Removal Procedure
  1. Open the rear compartment.
  2. Lower the rear compartment partition.

    3. Object Number: 1299797 Size: SH
  3. Remove the rear window retaining bolts which secure the lower molding to the folding top.
  4. Remove the lower molding out of the rear compartment.

    5. Object Number: 1297648 Size: SH
  5. Remove the rear quarter trim. Pull down to disengage the trim from the folding top.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1297648 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear quarter trim panel to the folding top.

    2. Object Number: 1299797 Size: SH
  2. Position the lower molding to the folding top through the rear compartment.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the retaining bolts to secure the molding to the folding top.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

  4. Raise the rear compartment partition and latch the partition in place.
  5. Close the rear compartment.
