The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern:
Some customers may comment that the clock works properly but the time cannot be reset. This condition usually occurs after the Radio or Dash Integration Module (DIM) has been replaced. There are multiple part number DIMs and Radios available for the 2000 Seville.
Recommendation/Instructions:
Ensure that Radio P/N 09380786 and DIM P/N 09377410 are installed in the vehicle.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
