Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the rear bumper impact bar. Refer to Rear Bumper Impact Bar Replacement .
2. Lower the rear of the exhaust system. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement .
3. Remove ALC Compressor, if equipped. Refer to Air Compressor Replacement

Rear Energy Absorber Bolt (Qty: 1)

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

Tighten
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
