Makes 🢒 Cadillac 🢒 2008 🢒 SRX 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.6L (LH2) 🢒 Exhaust Manifold Installation - Left Side

    Object Number: 1346143 Size: SH
  1. Install the left engine flywheel housing cover.

    2. Object Number: 1346091 Size: SH
  2. Install the left engine mount bracket.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the left engine mount bracket bolts.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the engine mount bracket bolts to 60 N·m (44 lb ft).

  4. Install the left engine mount.
  5. Install the left engine mount upper nut.

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the engine mount upper nut to 80 N·m (59 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1346089 Size: SH
  6. Install the left exhaust manifold studs to the left cylinder head.

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold studs to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  7. Install the NEW left exhaust manifold gasket.

    8. Object Number: 1346080 Size: SH
  8. Install the left exhaust manifold.
  9. Loosely install the left exhaust manifold bolts to the left cylinder head.

    10. Object Number: 927896 Size: SH
  10. Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts in the sequence shown.

    11. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).


    Object Number: 1346063 Size: SH
  11. Install the left exhaust manifold heat shield.
  12. Install the left exhaust manifold heat shield bolts.

    13. Tighten
    Tighten the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
