Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 819760 Size: SH
  1. Remove the right insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement - Right Side.
  2. Remove the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.
  3. Disconnect the blower motor electrical connectors.

    4. Object Number: 819758 Size: SH
  4. Disconnect the blower motor control module electrical connectors.

    5. Object Number: 819757 Size: SH
  5. Remove the blower motor retaining bolt (1).

    6. Object Number: 756313 Size: SH
  6. Remove the air inlet housing bolts to gain clearance for the blower motor.
  7. Remove the blower motor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 756313 Size: SH
  1. Install the blower motor.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 819757 Size: SH
  2. Install the blower motor bolt (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).

  3. Install air inlet housing bolts.

    4. Object Number: 819758 Size: SH
  4. Connect the blower motor control module electrical connectors.

    5. Object Number: 819760 Size: SH
  5. Connect the blower motor electrical connectors.
  6. Install the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.
  7. Install the right insulator panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Replacement - Right Side.
