Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 776830 Size: SH
  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement.
  2. Front windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement.
  3. Remove the air inlet grille panel (1). Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector (4) from the windshield wiper motor.
  5. Remove the wiper motor module (6). Refer to Windshield Wiper System Module Replacement.

  6. Remove the fasteners retaining the panel assemble to the instrument panel front end.
  7. Remove the panel assembly from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1332265 Size: SH
  1. Install the air inlet housing panel assembly to the vehicle.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the fasteners retaining the panel assemble to the instrument panel front end.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts/bolt to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the wiper motor module (6). Refer to Windshield Wiper System Module Replacement.
  4. Install the electrical connector (4) to the windshield wiper motor.
  5. Install the air inlet grille panel (1,3). Refer to Air Inlet Grille Panel Replacement.
  6. Install the windshield wiper arms. Refer to Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement.
  7. Install the injector sight shield. Refer to Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement.
