Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2013440 Size: SH
  1. Remove the ashtray. Refer to Cigarette Lighter Receptacle Replacement.
  2. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement.
  3. Remove the HVAC control module retaining screws.

    4. Object Number: 2013441 Size: SH
  4. Remove the HVAC control module.

    5. Object Number: 2013445 Size: SH
  5. Disconnect the HVAC control module electrical connectors.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2013445 Size: SH
  1. Connect the HVAC control module electrical connectors.

    2. Object Number: 2013441 Size: SH
  2. Install the HVAC control module.

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2013440 Size: SH
  3. Install the HVAC control module retaining screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  4. Install the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement.
  5. Install the ashtray. Refer to Cigarette Lighter Receptacle Replacement.
