Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the front seats. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement.
2. Remove the front seat cushion retaining nuts. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Back Ventilation Heating and Cooling Blower Replacement.
3. Re-zero the inflatable restraint passenger presence system whenever the seat cushion or any component of the passenger presence system is removed. Refer to Passenger Presence System Programming and Setup .

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2N·m (18 lb in)
