Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2013323 Size: SH
  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
  2. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
  3. Remove the heater hose bracket screw.
  4. Remove the heater hose bracket (1).

    5. Object Number: 2013325 Size: SH
  5. Slide the heater core out of the HVAC module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2013325 Size: SH
  1. Slide the heater core into the HVAC module.

    2. Object Number: 2013323 Size: SH
  2. Install the heater hose bracket (1).

    3. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  3. Install the heater hose bracket screw.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 1 N·m (9 lb in).

  4. Install the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement.
  5. Evacuate and recharge the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.
