The HYDRA-MATIC 4T60-E model 1AVW is the replacement for the 1ASW model used in the Cadillac C-Car, and 1AYW is the replacement for the 1AKW model used in the Cadillac E-Car or K-Car with the touring option. No 1ASW or 1AKW models have been built.

SERVICE PROCEDURE:

Reference the 1ASW data when servicing a IAYW model and the 1AKW data when servicing a 1AYW model in the 1991 Cadillac New Product Information Manual for C-Car and E/K Cars. The Final Edition 1991 Cadillac C-Car and E/K-Car Service Manual will have the updated information.
