CADILLAC GOODWILL MAINTENANCE CERTIFICATE

SUBJECT: CADILLAC GOODWILL MAINTENANCE CERTIFICATE

The Cadillac Consumer Relations Center utilizes a Maintenance Certificate for customers who have encountered extreme dissatisfaction early in the ownership experience or who have incurred non-warrantable out-of-pocket expenses. It is designed to encourage these customers to obtain service at a Cadillac dealer while providing the goodwill they desire.

The issuance of maintenance certificates will be determined only by Cadillac Central Office. Reimbursement for these certificates will be accomplished through a warranty claims submission. To submit for reimbursement please follow the procedures outlined below:

1. Review instructions on the back of certificate (copy attached).

2. Have the customer sign the original certificate.

3. For reimbursement use the following elements required for DCS Warranty claim submission.

4. Attach the original certificate to the scrapping copy of the repair order per Article 1.6.2 of the Policies and Procedures Manual. All submissions are subject to audit.

NOTE: If the certificate amount is greater than the total cost of service or parts, the difference should be credited to the customer.

DEALER INSTRUCTIONS:

Upon presentation of this certificate, endorsement by the issue is required in the space provided below. Submit for reimbursement and retain this original certificate in your dealer file.

TERMS:

----- This original certificate may be applied to any maintenance service or parts purchased at an authorized Cadillac dealer. Cadillac Motor Car Division reserves the right to refuse payment if this certificate is altered or stolen, or is otherwise used in an unauthorized manner.

EXPIRATION:

---------- The expiration date of this certificate is clearly noted on the front side. Purchases that occur prior to receipt of this certificate are not eligible.

This certificate is nontransferable and has no cash or marketable value. Only the original certificate will be honored. Mechanical reproductions or other facsimilies are not valid.
