Rear Seat Recliner Inner Finish Cover

Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Inner Panel Replacement.

Rear Seat Riser Finish Cover Screw

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tip
Tilt the seat assembly up and forward to gain access to remove the screw.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Rear Seat Latch Cable

Procedure

  1. The rear seat latch cable is self-adjusting, the seat must be in the upright position and fully locked in place.
  2. Both the sync cable in-line adjusters must be open with the button pulled out.
  3. Ensure that both the inboard and the outboard release levers are in the fully locked position.
  4. Push both the inline sync cables adjuster buttons in.

Rear Seat Back Cushion Latch Cable

Procedure

  1. The rear seat back cushion latch cable is self-adjusting, the seat must be in the upright position and fully locked in place.
  2. Both of the cable in-line adjusters must be open with the button pulled out.
  3. Ensure that both the inboard and the outboard release levers are in the fully locked position.
  4. Push both of the inline cables adjuster buttons in.
